We contacted London Mortgage Partners as we were not looking for a run of the mill product and had struggled to get responses from other sources. We were after a mortgage for a holiday letting property. From the outset LMP showed a focus on exceptional customer service, answering every question we put to them, offering all the available solutions, and recommending the best available product. The team from top to bottom kept this attitude throughout and instinctively knew when to step back or jump on board to help. Could not recommend highly enough, they have set the bar very high for anyone in this space!

After talking to a few mortgage advisers and not getting great results or feeling happy with them we then started to get disheartened with the whole thing. Being first time buyers we was a bit nervous with the whole process anyway but was quickly put at ease, even with endless amounts of stupid questions we asked David was still very helpful and never seemed to busy to help. I can’t praise David enough for his help throughout the whole process and for how at ease he made us feel, I highly recommend him to anyone!

My previous experiences with mortgage brokers left me somewhat underwhelmed, leading me to believe that with all the mortgage comparison websites out there, it was a job I could pretty much do myself.  Chris and the team at LMP have shown me how wrong I was.  Not only did Chris immediately understand what I needed, he proposed a creative solution, with numbers and a bank who would do it, when my previous attempts to contact the banks directly to create a similar structure had been met with a very standard “computer says no”.  The service did not stop there, however, and nothing was too much trouble for Chris and the team.  They were incredibly friendly and patient in the face of my many questions and concerns, and their contacts at the bank made sure that the mortgages went through as quickly and smoothly as possible and I was kept updated throughout.  I have recommended them to several friends who are currently buying, and will certainly use them again if I need another mortgage, whether complicated or straightforward as their assistance throughout the whole process was invaluable.  Thanks again chaps.
