This will involve a review of your income and expenditure, assets and liabilities, and a request to provide certain mandatory documents to allow us to produce an ‘Agreement in Principle’.
This ‘Agreement in Principle’ can be used as evidence to Estate Agents and potential vendors as confirmation of your ability to fund a new purchase.
Once you have found a property which suits your needs, you are ready to ‘Make an Offer’. At this stage, you should provide the contact details of your LMP Private Clients adviser, who can confirm to the vendor that you are in a position to proceed with the purchase.
